MIM which won seven of the eight Assembly seats in 2009, is targeting Seemandhra voters
Hyderabad: The MIM is eyeing on votes of Seemandhra people living in Assembly segments in and around Greater Hyderabad to increase its tally in 2014 elections.
The MIM which won seven of the eight Assembly seats it constested in 2009, is targeting Seemandhra voters in Jubilee Hills, Musheerabad, Maheswaram, Rajendranagar, Amberpet and Khairatabad Assembly segments by addressing the apprehensions in the minds of the settlers in post bifurcation scenario.
Sources said that these constituencies had 20 per cent Seemandhra voters. The MIM also hopes that multi-cornered contests in the city will improve its chances.
