The actress says that she is very conscious about her body

Ileana says that she draws the line at wearing bikini bottoms. That’s why in Main Tera Hero she wore shorts while co-star Nargis Fakhri was comfortable wearing bikinis in the pool scene.
“I am very self conscious about my body. I feel embarrassed if someone pays me compliments on my looks. Maybe it’s the way I grew up. That’s why I was a quiet girl in college and was never in focus, I kept to myself. I was a very shy girl and have still not come out my shyness when it comes to certain things.
“I think that’s why I wore shorts; I am not comfortable wearing a bikini,” she says . When asked what kind of men puts her off, she says, “I am put off if someone behaves like what he is not.”
