Vidya Balan not pregnant, opts out of 'Durga Rani Singh' to take break

The earlier reports of actress Viday Balan's pregnancy being the reason for her not taking up Sujoy Ghosh's ' Durga Rani Singh', that surface a few days ago turned out to be false. The actress' pregancy was not the reason for her not doing the film. She confirmed that she isn't pregnant yet .

It was reported in a leading newspaper that, Vidya Balan decided not to take up Ghosh's spine-chilling thriller, ' Durga Rani Singh', because ever since she tied the knot, she hasn't had any time to her self, and just needed a couple of months off, to go on vacation and spend some quality time at home.

It was Vidya, herself who recommended talented actress, Kangana Ranuat to her good friend and director Sujoy Ghosh for the leading role in his next, 'Durga Rani Singh' , as she fell completely in love with Kangana's performance in her latest 'Queen'. Vidya is still on board with her other upcoming projets like Mohit Suri's, 'Hamari Adhuri Khanani' opposite actor Emran Hashmi.

The actress is currently on vacation with her husband, Siddarth Roy Kapoor in the US and will resume work after her break.
