YSRC hurls charges at TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu
Hyderabad: The YSR Congress has made some interesting allegations against TD president N. Chandrababu Naidu.
YSRC official spokesperson Vasireddy Padma, while posing 15 questions to Mr Naidu, alleged that he had worked hard during his tenure for the daily international flight from Hyderabad to Singapore to carry his ‘ill-gotten’ money to Singapore for stocking it there. She alleged he used his mother’s name for money laundering.
The YSRC asked him to reveal to the public how he escaped CBI probes in various scams. “He should answer how he escaped the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate, Serious Fraud Investigation Office and the ACB probe against him,” she said.
She recalled that in 1998 BJP had published 100 crimes of Mr Naidu and filed a “chargesheet” in the people’s court. “We are asking him to reveal details about his properties in Singapore and Malaysia. He had looted both Seemandhra and Telangana. In his 1999 manifesto he revealed how he got a daily flight from Hyderabad to Singapore. Then there was no flight from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. Mr Naidu should be ready for a probe into his foreign trips from 1994 to 2014. His passports will reveal his visits, Ms Padma said.
“He had shown crores as revenue from his agricultural land,” she said.
