Actress Amala Paul has signed a Telugu film, Vasta Nee Venuka, opposite actor Havish of Genius fame. The film is directed by Ramesh Varma and produced by Dasari Kiran Kumar.
“This is a beautiful romantic entertainer. Amala Paul’s character is glamorous but the role is demanding and for that one needs good acting skills, which Amala possesses. Isha also stars in another female lead in the film,” says director Ramesh Varma.
Talking about Havish, he says, “He is going to be portrayed in a different avatar and his characterisation is sure to strike a chord with the young generation.” The film’s shooting will commence from April 4 in Europe and will go on for over two months. “We are going to shoot a few songs too there,” says the producer.
Amala’s last Telugu film Iddarammayilatho was released last year. Her other film is Jenda Pai Kapiraju, a bilingual and is expected to hit the screens soon.
