Ever since Ayan Mukherji first narrated the script of ‘Wake Up Sid’ to Ranbir Kapoor, both have become good friends over the years. That bond they share is so strong that when Ranbir goes vacationing with girlfriend Katrina Kaif to New York, Ayan tags along with his good friend. Ranbir considers him a family member and practically discusses everything with him, be it movies, personal life etc. Now, it is reliably learned that the duo are looking to jointly invest in a property at Bandra.
Sometime back, Ranbir was exploring the city to invest in a house and so was his buddy Ayan, who was looking out for a spacious pad. When Ayan discussed this with Ranbir, he suggested why not investing in it together. They have short listed a few properties in Bandra, however no deal has been finalized.
" They are not in a hurry and will only go in for an investment if they like the property. This could also be their party pad," a source said to Deccan Chronicle.
Ayan is currently writing a script for a new movie which is reportedly a superhero film which will have Ranbir in the lead role.
