Saif Ali Khan, Shakeel Ladakh and Bilal Amrohi plead not guilty

Saif Ali Khan's manager sent out this mail clarifying the whole issue.

It read: While rumor mills have it that actor Saif Ali Khan has been booked under the charges of assaulting businessman Iqbal Sharma, truth be told, the actor along with Shakeel Ladakh and Bilal Amrohi were present at court today as they pleaded not guilty for the charges framed against them.

Saif Ali Khan, who publically apologized for not handling the situation better did clarify that he did not punch the South African businessman.

In keeping with the court procedure, the three appeared before the Esplanade Court on thursday and pleaded not-guilty to the charges against them. Saif Ali Khan then left without speaking with the media, as he did not want to make any comment on a matter that was sub-judice.
