Mumbai: After In 'My City' and 'Exotic', Priyanka Chopra is gearing up for her third single. The untitled next track is expected to be out in the next four weeks and unlike her previous works, will be sans Hindi lyrics or desi beats.
“It was the Bollywood fan girl in me that brought in the quintessential Hindi film sound. The new song however will be out-and-out international,” she says.
Pee Cee’s debut single 'In My City', featuring Will.I.Am fetched over 10 million views on YouTube while the second one, Exotic featuring Pitbull fetched over 33 million views. With the third single, the actress-turned-singer is expecting no less than 50 million views.
“Well, let’s see how it goes. I am happy to see the kind of views that my videos have fetched. I am told that they are much bigger than what trailers of some of the biggest Hindi films get,” says Priyanka. That is true considering the fact that the promo of her own film 'Krrish 3' fetched one of the highest number of views — 22 million.
