Arjun Kapoor lost his mom, Mona Kapoor in 2012 before the release of 'Ishqzaade'
Mumbai: Arjun is a mama's boy through and through.
Arjun lost his mom, Mona Kapoor in 2012 when his debut film 'Ishqzaade' was up for release. He was very close to her and her illness prior to the release of his debut film 'Ishqzaade' had left him "devastated." Though the film was a hit, the actor wasn't able to absorb the success because of his personal loss.
And now, we recently spotted the actor and found it very heart-warming to find his right wrist inked with the word 'Maa' in Hindi. He got himself inked in January and though he was part of various promotional activities for 'Gunday', he made sure this tattoo didn't become a media gimmick.
A friend explained this move, " He doesn't like his personal life to be gossiped about. The tattoo is just an expression of revealing how much he misses his mom every day."
Let's see if the tattoo gets captured on screen in any of his upcoming films.
