DISH Anywhere app now available on Amazon Kindle Fire HDX tablets

DISH has announced that the DISH Anywhere app is now available on Kindle Fire HDX tablets. It can be downloaded for free via iTunes Store, Google Play and the Amazon Appstore.

Through the DISH Anywhere app, DISH Hopper and Sling DVR owners can view LIVE, recorded and video-on-demand content at home. One can even view program guides, set recordings and manage their DVRs. This viewing can also be done remotely from their smart phones and tablets, using Wi-Fi or a 3G/4G connection.
