- Coming in third on the list at number 61, is India's tech tycoon Azim Premji. His fortune got a boost after Wipro spun off its consumer products business and earned a net profit of about 387 million in the last quarter.
- Sharing the fourth place with Mr. Mistry, is Dilip Shanghvi. The founder of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, India's most valuable drug company that makes generic versions of medicines such as the cancer drug 'Doxil' from Johnson
- The fourth richest Indian, Pallonji Mistry, a patriarch of Indian construction giant Shapoorji Pallonji Group features on the list at number 82, with an estimated net worth of 12.8 billion dollars.
