Tollywood seems to have slowed down. Most theatres are currently just screening small films. The industry isn’t happy and everyone’s looking forward to the next big film.
And making the most of this will be Balayya, which releases on March 28, and it stars Balakrishna. The film is directed by Boyapati Srinu. Confirming the date of release, the producers also stated in a press release, "We are making all efforts to release this film in as many as theatres all over the world."
Sonal Chouhan and Radhika Aapte are playing the female leads, with Balakrishna in a dual role, while Jagapathi Babu is playing a negative role. They all hope that this film will once again create the magic that both Balakrishna and Boyapati earlier delivered in their blockbuster Simha.
Interestingly, this is for the first time that Devi Sri Prasad has provided music for a Balakrishna film. The makers have unveiled the new look of Balakrishna in the film; and the audio is slated to be released on March 7.
