Hyderabad : State officials from important departments have prepared a draft plan of dividing the State Secre-tariat to accommodate the power centres of both states. The officials suggested that the C block which presently accommodates the offices of the Chief Minister and the chief secretary, and the A, B and L blocks could be allotted to the Telangana secretariat. The remaining blocks — J,H,D and K — could be given to the Andhra Pradesh secretariat.
