Hyderabad : State government officials are clueless on what will happen if Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy decides to stay away from the decision making process because his approval is required even to make in-charge arrangements by the outgoing Chief Secretary.
"We are expecting some clarity by Tuesday evening. The ruling party leaders appear to have convinced the Congress high command to install a new Chief Minister instead of imposing President’s rule," a top official of the government pointed out.
Official sources said the general administration department moved the file on Monday regarding the appointment of new chief secretary.
