Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan was in Hyderabad on Tuesday for what has been claimed as an “internal, motivational event” at the offices of tech giant Miscrosoft.
The actor had earlier tweeted his arrival: “In Hyderabad for an evening. Quiet drive seems so peaceful and calm. Good to be where my mom hails from.”
Miscrosoft employees, however, remained under a tight cloak of secrecy. But a source present at the event explained: “What do you expect when Shah Rukh Khan takes stage? The actor was the guest of honour for an interactive session with the employees of Microsoft. The event was essentially about how ‘passionately you can, and should, live your life.
“Shah Rukh took on the role of a mentor and tried to inspire people to dare to dream, to be able to dream beyond, to break the barriers and go out to achieve what you want.”
Seems like the event was a big success. Shortly after his “motivational incursion”, the actor sounded off on the social networks: “Having such a lovely evening with Microsoft in Hyderabad. Don’t want the night to end. Go on and rule the world. Thank you all.”
