After a dull 2013 with no film releases, Nani is set to come back to the screen with a bang this year. Not only that, the actor has three films coming out in the first quarter itself! First in line is Yash Raj Films’ Telugu remake of Band Baaja Baaraat titled Aha Kalyanam.
“The film’s audio will be released on January 23,” shares a unit member. Directed by Gokul Krishna, the film also marks Vani Kapoor’s Tollywood debut and YRF’s foray into the South. The bilingual film will be released in Telugu as well as Tamil, and also features Simran in a special role. Aha Kalyanam is set to hit the screens on February 7. A week later comes the film Jenda Pai Kapiraju, which is set for a Valentine’s Day release on February 14. Apart from these two films, the long-delayed Paisa may also see light of day in March. Looks like Nani has a busy year ahead.
