Despite a list of Kannada films, star is still waiting for her first Tollywood hit.

Sanjjanaa may be busy shooting for R.P. Patnaik’s film 'Sarada', but she’s still hoping for a big break in Tollywood.

“After a long time, I’m playing a good character in this film. But I must say that I haven’t been very lucky with Telugu films. I have managed to survive by doing a few films here and there and I’m optimistic about my future,” says the actress, who believes in quality over quantity when it comes to choosing her roles. “It’s just a matter of having one hit and the game will definitely change,” she says. Besides the release of Sarada, Sanjjanaa is eagerly awaiting the release of 'Love You Bangaram', in which she makes a “special appearance” in a song. Then there is the yet-to-be-released Shivakeshav, also one of late actor Srihari’s final films. But the actress also has two Kannada films up for release — Rebel and Agraja, while another one titled Mandya to Mumbai  is currently being shot.

“It’s a remake of the Tamil hit 'Renigunta',” she adds.
