Bollywood has always had its camps. Belonging to a particular “camp” has cost actors good films and the chance to work with certain stars. Deepika Padukone, who has stayed with mentor Shah Rukh Khan’s camp after signing on for 'Happy New Year', has expressed her desire to work with other superstars like Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. And it seems as though Deepika’s wish will soon come true. The buzz is that the actress is being considered for Sooraj Barjatya’s Bade Bhaiyya. She is also in talks with Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, for the film they are planning with Aamir. With Deepika’s box office record, top actors want to work with her.
But those close to the actress denied that these films were meant to “get her out” of SRK’s camp. “Every actor is allowed to do the films of their choice. No actor has a monopoly on working with another,” our source said.
