Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh archer Jyothi Surekha Vennam won the Senior National Ranking tournament with an impressive performance in New Delhi on Sunday.
Surekha won the compound division with a 143-141 verdict over Lilly Chanu of Manipur in the final. Earlier in the semifinals, the 17-year-old from Vijayawada beat Manjudha Sai of Railways 143-133. In the quarterfinals, she saw off the challenge of Jayalakshmi Sarikonda of Maharashtra 146-138.
