Rajahmundry: Senior Congress leader and Rajahmundry MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar vented his anger on union minister for science and technology S. Jaipal Reddy over his remarks on leaders of Seemamdhra by calling them as unfit people.
The MP on Sunday said that he can explain in detail about the negative aspects involved in the state bifurcation and also the impact it may cause on the sovereignty of the country.
Speaking to presspersons here at the city Congress office on Sunday, the MP observed that Jaipal Reddy might be under the impression that abusing Seemandhra leaders will fetch him votes in the forthcoming elections.
It is unfortunate that a senior leader like Jaipal Reddy could make such comments as he always respects his seniority and treats him as his guru, Arun Kumar said that he was ready for a public debate on the issue or in the presence of a select gathering of journalists chosen by the union minister.
