Dry fruits are always essential to keep a healthy body. So, keep a certain amount of dry fruits with you all the time. Eat it at regular intervals and if you are hungry but don’t have the time to eat a proper meal, you can eat the dry fruits. It helps a lot.
Exercising everyday is not always possible. But make sure you exercise four times a week. As for me, I maintain a balance between Cardio training and Strength training when I go to the gym. I do cardio training thrice a week and strength training twice a week.
Maintaining a balance in everything is very important. No matter what you eat just make sure you eat a lot of vegetables and green salads everyday at least once. Even if go out partying then also make sure drink in a limit. That way you maintain a balance in your food habits.
A healthy mind makes a healthy body. So, resort to positive thinking as much as possible. Try not to take too much of stress when at work or at home. Relaxing your mind is the key to let your body be at peace.
Make sure you sleep at least eight hours a day. Resting your body in a proper manner is very important. Else, you will experience fatigue and eventually succumb to illness.
