Taxmen reportedly seize documents related to certain films of Tollywood producer.
Hyderabad: Tollywood producer Dil Raju has come under the radar of the income-tax sleuths again.
Taxmen raided the popular producer’s office in Sri Nagar Colony on Saturday afternoon and the exercise continued till late in the evening.
The I-T sleuths have reportedly seized important documents related to certain films produced by Dil Raju, said the sources.
This is the second raid conducted on producers ahead of the release of big-budget films. Dil Raju’s film Yevadu has been made with a budget of '40 crore and is scheduled for release on Sunday, January 12.
Earlier, the I-T sleuths had raided the producers of 1 Nenokkadine before its release and had unearthed a case if service tax evasion.
