Flaunting a lean but fit body

I abstain from calorie loaded sweets and soft-drinks.

I have a lean body, but I’m fit. That’s why I can easily sweat it out under the arclights or slog on the outdoor shoots, especially when the sun is really hot and blazing. Being in the tropical zone for years, I guess, we are all pretty accustomed to this torrid climatic condition.

Most of the time, I warm up at Aamir (Khan) mamu’s gym where I while away a couple of hours at least 5-6 times a week. I mainly focus on my shoulders, arms and the chest area. I also opt for weight-training, martial arts and yoga. Fortunately, I am blessed with a high metabolic rate, so am always on my toes. Besides, I indulge in a lot of outdoor sports like swimming, running and playing open-air games.

My diet-plan follows a back-to-the-basics route. I begin my mornings with a glass of milk and chocolates. While the breakfast table-spread comprises an omelette. For lunch I have lentils, green vegetables and a bowl of rice. I prefer to keep the lunch light, especially if I am shooting. I have a roll or a sandwich for an evening snack, while dinner is quite similar to the lunch menu. High-calorific sweets and soft-drinks are a strict no-no for me.
