London-based make-up artist Mira Parmar is earning rave reviews for the look she gave Katrina Kaif in 'Dhoom 3'. Ask her what went into creating it, and Mira replies, “a whole lot of team work!”
“Katrina’s look for 'D3' I think is her trendiest to date. Her character was that of a circus performer so she could carry off the cool, quirky, glitzy and glam look,” Mira adds.
Working on 'D3' was a memorable experience, Mira says, and not just because of the great location! “We shot on some beautifully designed sets. Chicago was a great location to shoot in, and we had some fun times there! Personally, I loved working on the songs — Malang especially was so colourful and it was amazing to watch the circus performers do their thing,” she recounts.
Working with Katrina was also a most positive experience. “She has a great personality and is always willing to try something different,” says Mira of the actress. “But above all, she’s a very loyal person to work with.”
