Undoubtedly Vijay Sethupathy has proved his skills as an actor, and all his films to date have kept the cash registers ringing. His last outing, 'Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara' has clicked well with the audience. Now Vijay takes on a new avatar, as producer with 'Aaranju Mittai' which is directed by Biju Viswanath. “I am producing this film, merely because it has a very good storyline, and an impressive script. Also, I am planning to produce another flick very soon, and talks are going on,” says Vijay Sethupathy.
He is currently shooting for his next film 'Mellisai', where he has paired up with Gayathrie of 'Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom' fame for the second time, and the film is directed by Ranjith. Two of Vijay’s starrers — 'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' and 'Rummy' are ready for release. Sources say, that he may also act in the film, which he is producing.
