'Naanthanda' release pushed to January 3

'Naanthanda', the Tamil version of Ram Gopal Varma’s Telugu film, 'Satya 2', which was scheduled for release today, December 27, has been postponed to next Friday, January 3. In a telephonic conversation with DC, the producer of the film, Sathish, said, “The film was supposed to have released today, but since more than six Tamil films are releasing this week, we have decided to postpone it to January 3. Having spent so much on the project, I wanted to release it in good theatres, but I could not get sizeable screens.” The film features Sharwanand and Anaika in the lead roles.
