Salman Khan to host Star Guild Awards again
Mumbai, Dec 27: Superstar Salman Khan is all set to host the ninth edition of the Star Guild Awards after his successful stint as presenter last year. The award, to be held on January 16 here, has been instituted to commemorate extraordinary achievements in cinema and television.
"The film and television Industry has witnessed an incredible year in 2013 with regards to the quality of content produced. We are very excited and look forward to the ceremony that will celebrate the incredible performances and have a great time this year as well," Mukesh Bhatt, President of the Film and Television Producers Guild of India, said.
The Guild consists of over 160 members, who constitute some of the most powerful and influential positions in its sector. The winners of the awards are chosen by the Guild's members.
