Sources from the sets of Yash Raj Films’ 'Dawat-e-Ishq', that is being shot on the outskirts of Lucknow nowadays, have revealed that the film’s male lead Aditya Roy Kapur had a strange experience recently.
Our source present on location, says, “We were shooting a Holi scene on a bridge which is very similar to the one seen in Aditya’s death sequence in his last film 'Aashiqui 2'. To get Aditya’s attention, a lot of young boys present at the spot would scream RJ (his character name from 'Aashiqui 2') and try to jump off to replicate the most-talked-about scene from that film. Aditya got really worried as the stunts were dangerous and anybody could get hurt easily. So he walked up to the youngsters, had a chat with them and requested them not to try to pull this stunt to gain his attention. After the conversation, lots of pictures were taken and his young fans were satisfied and left the scene.”
The young star may have moved on to his next film but the role of RJ has almost become an alternate identity for him, with fans often referring to him as RJ and not Aditya.
