Kochi: Malayalam film actor Dileep today appeared before the Customs and Central Excise officials here in connection with recovery of Rs 13 lakh in cash from his three residences at Kochi and in nearby Aluva.
The actor, who had been summoned by the officials, arrived around 11.30 AM and his statement was being recorded, customs and central excise sources said, declining to give details. The raid was conducted last week following alleged violation of service tax.
