The year 2013 has been a hectic one for Hansika with back-to-back shooting schedules for many films in Tamil and Telugu. Some of the films, including 'Biryani', got released recently. The pretty girl, who has shed 10 kgs in the recent past and looks fabulous, badly needed a break from work. We hear that she has flown to New York for a few days and will be spending Christmas and New Year with her buddies there.
Confirming the news, she tells DC, “Though I enjoy perfectly working continuously, every year I make it a point to visit my close friends from childhood at New York and spend quality time with them. After my bilingual, 'Biryani', hit the marquee, I took off to the US and will be back in Mumbai during the first week of January.” Clearing reports that Vinay plays her romantic interest in Sundar C’s supernatural comedy thriller, 'Aranmanai', she says, “I don’t have a pair in the movie, although there’s a romantic angle. You will know when you watch the film. I am God’s child in the film.”
