Mammootty will be playing the lead in debutant director Ajai Vasudev's upcoming big budget film.
In keeping with his trend of encouraging new directors, Mammootty will once again be seen in a debutant director's film.
Ajai Vasudev is the lucky director who has got the dates of the superstar.
Mammoootty will be playing the lead in the film which will be scripted by Sibi-Udayan who are known to write the majority of scripts for the comic capers of Dileep.
This untitled film is reported to be a big budget film and the shoot of the same will start by next year. The director though confirming the project says that other details regarding the rest of the cast are only being worked out.
The producer of the film is Vinod under the ACV films banner and is a RJ Creations release.
