Hyderbad: Keshav Memorial Junior College were crowned champions at the inter-junior college kho-kho tournament, organised at the Keshav Memorial High School at Narayanguda in Hyderabad.
In the final, a ruthless Keshav Memorial side annihilated Bhavan's Junior College, Sainikpuri, 15-2. The winners were 8-0 in the lead by the end of the first innings.
Velappa and Suresh were the stand-out players for Keshav Memorial while Sagar and Suresh tried their best for the losing finalists.
Earlier, in the semifinals, Keshav Memorial whitewashed the New Government Junior College, Kukatpally, 15-0 while Bhavan's proved too good for the Government Junior College, Secunderabad, 8-0.
