Sanal Kumar Sasidharan's 'Oraalpokkam', starring Meena Kandasamy and Prakash Bare, has successfully completed the first schedule shoot.
“Meena has not shown any difficulties of being a shown any difficulties of being a debutant actress and she fit into the character almost immediately. Coming from a literature background, she could easily relate with the character. We simply had to take care to avoid a few of the natural gestures that Meena does, and that was it," says Sanal.
Sanal adds that the second schedule will begin by January.
“Even though only 15 days shoots are left, there is a lot of travelling involved because we require four shots in Delhi and a montage in Mumbai. We also have to go for another two day shoot in Uttarakhand, which we could not do this time as there are some character makeovers required. So we are expecting to finish the movie by April," he adds. ?
