Although the female lead has not yet been the female lead has not yet bee announced, a close source reveals that Regina Cassandra will star opposite Vishnu while Jayasudha will pair up with Mohan Babu. The story will largely revolve around Mohan Babu and is said to be about the state's division. This is the first time that RGV and Mohan Babu are teaming up. Interestingly, Varma was initially supposed to direct a film with Vishnu only.
