Actress Anjali, who was hitting the headlines for her court cases against her stepmother and the director who launched her in Tamil films, shifted bag and baggage to Hyderabad after her Telugu film, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu became a huge hit. The pretty actress visited Srisailam Temple at Kurnool, according to inside sources, wearing the Devasthana Kailasa Kankanam while offering her prayers.
Though her last film, Balupu, with Ravi Teja, was a box-office success, her recent Masala, once again with Venkatesh, did not work any magic for her career. There were rumours about her secret wedding which she denied later. She was also said to have turned down Tamil projects as she had decided not to return to K’town after her personal fiasco. The buzz is that the Angadi Theru actress visited the temple as she is concerned about her career.
