Latest buzz is that Venkatesh has opted out of the Krishna Vamsi project and Srikanth has stepped into his place.
A while ago, producer Bandla Ganesh had announced that he would make a multistarrer with Venkatesh and Ram Charan. The film would be directed by Krishna Vamsi and launched in January 2014.
While the makers have been hunting for the two female leads, the latest buzz is that Venkatesh has opted out of the project and Srikanth has stepped into his place.
It's a known fact that Srikanth and Krishna Vamsi are close friends.
The actor is also a close family friend of the "Mega" family.
In fact, Srikanth has earlier acted with Chiranjeevi in two movies, 'Shankardada MBBS' and 'Shankardada Zindabad', both remakes of Sanjay Dutt-starrer Hindi blockbusters 'Munnabhai MBBS' and 'Lage Raho Munnabhai'.
