After the success of 'Balupu', Ravi Teja has taken nearly five months to begin his new project. And he has chosen 'Balupu' writer Bobby’s directorial debut. “I knew Bobby before 'Balupu' but we were not close.
We became close while working on the film so when he narrated the subject to me, I was game for it,” Ravi informs, adding that Bobby has proved his talent with his work in 'Balupu'. Meanwhile, the first-time director notes that Ravi Teja always encourages talent.
The film will be produced by Rockline Venkatesh who is popular in Karnataka, and the music will be scored by S.S. Thaman. Hansika has been
signed on for the female lead and the search is on for a second lead.
