Karman routs Anastasiya for maiden title
Karman Kaur routed Ukraine's Anastasiya Klymenko 6-1 6-2 in the girls singles final.
Pune: Delhi school girl Karman Kaur routed Ukraine's Anastasiya Klymenko 6-1 6-2 in the girls singles final of the of the CCI-ITF junior tennis tournament to lift her maiden title in the junior circuit here today.
The lanky 15-year-old Indian girl, seeded sixth, totally dominated her 16-year-old rival in the title contest held at the Cricket Club of India to emerge triumphant. Karman was through the first set in 25 minutes, and took a little more time in the second set as she broke her opponent twice to wrap it up and the match.

Girls doubles: Simran Kaur Sethi/Vasanti Shinde bt Anastasiya Klymenko/Xeniya Prokopchuk (UKR) 6-1 6-0. Boys doubles: Alex Solanki/Nikshep Ballekere bt Sachin Kumar/Anurag Nenwani 6-3 6-4.
