She was dropped out of the movie 'Radha' for looking older, claims director
Sources reveal that Nayantara is out of the Venkatesh-starrer 'Radha', being directed by Maruthi.
The actress was supposed to play the female lead but apparently, she has been booted from the project because of her high remuneration. The makers are now looking for a replacement for Nayan. On being asked, Maruthi says, “She has signed a Tamil film opposite Simbhu. Also, we feel that she may not fit the bill as she looks older.” The film is set to go on the floors on February 20 next year. “Right now, I’m busy with my film 'Kotha Janta', which will hit the screens on Valentine’s Day. I’ll begin working on Radha after that,” the director adds.
