Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Cricket Association, to commemo rate the 123rd birth anniversary of former Andhra Pradesh deputy chief minister Konda Venkat Ranga Reddy -after whom the Ranga Reddy district is named -is conducting a yearlong Konda Venkat Ranga Reddy Memorial Cricket Tournament.
The opening match of the tournament will be played on December 12 at the Chevella Cricket Grounds in Ranga Reddy while the final of the tournament wil be played at the Nanakramguda Grounds on December 15, 2014.
The tournament will played at the two venues and will feature about 120 teams which will vie with each other for top honours over 60 matches.
The total prize money for the tournament is '2 lakh. Interested teams must register by enrolling the names of their players along with copies of their respective Aadhar cards. For further details, contact S. Ramulu on 9948888169.
