Who masters graft? BJP and Congress slug it out
Banswara (Rajasthan): The Congress and the BJP on Monday entered a fight over the issue of graft, with the two parties accusing each other of being experienced and master in corruption.
Sharpening his attack on the BJP, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi at an election rally in Banswara, Rajasthan, said there was only one thing it did better than the Congress — corruption — and branded the opposition party as “masters” in it.
He claimed that while the Congress did better than BJP on all other fronts including development, it had surrendered before the opposition party on the corruption front.
Narendra Modi neither zero nor hero: Congress
But in New Delhi, BJP leader Sushma Swaraj took on the Congress and said it had only the “experience of scams” and the pace under it was of “galloping crime”.
