Many of the Bollywood divas have done it and now an actor from Mollywood is also gearing up to bring out a fitness video.
Youngster Unni Mukundan will shortly be coming up with a fitness video titled 'Unni Mukundan Fat to Fit'.
Talking about how the video came about, Unni says, “My workouts started on a professional level for the film 'The Last Supper' and then took a personal turn when being fit became a necessity than a requirement."
Elaborating a bit more, he took to his social site to write, “What I realised in these days and hours in the gym is that it's more about the mind than the body. Me like each one of us is the gym is that it's more about the mind than the body. Me like each one of us is capable of doing everything; there is nothing impossible around us, just that little physical and mental pain that little physical and mental pain to deal with, to hug the most beautiful feeling on this earth of accomplishment of the promise we make to ourselves -to be able to look into our own eyes and stand tall"
Unni also adds, “It's going to be an inspirational video and I have no problems in answering queries related to fitness by anyone! I have also thanked everyone who has been a part of my journey in turning from fat to fit right from my first gym teacher to the last one!"
Unni also says that the shoot of his film 'The Last Supper' held in the forests of Neliampathy has been a personally and professionally enriching one. ?
