Popular TV anchor-turned-actor Udaya Bhanu was missing at the audio launch for her upcoming film 'Madhumathi' on Friday. The leading lady is allegedly upset by the poor treatment meted out to her by the makers during the film's shoot.
While film's makers claim to have paid the actress her dues in full, Udaya Bhanu chose to stay away from the promotional event.
A source reveals, “They're planning to complain about her absence to the Movie Artistes Association and Producers Council."
Apparently, Udaya was also supposed to do a special song in the film but the makers shot it with another actress. Directed by Raj Sridhar, 'Madhumati' will hit the screens in December.
