To keep the Andhra Pradesh state united, YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Hyderabad: To keep the Andhra Pradesh state united, YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, has decided to take up a state -wide tour.

Reddy will start his tour from Kuppam Assembly constituency, represented by Telugu Desam chief N. Chandrababu Naidu, in Chittoor district, on November 28.

Reddy will tour the state by bus, from Kuppam to Srikakulam, covering the three regions of Rayalaseema, Telangana and Andhra.

Reddy recently went to New Delhi and Kolkata to seek the support of national and regional parties to keep the state united. The YSRC chief and his team met Left parties, BJP leaders at Delhi and Trunmul Congress chief and the West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamta Benerjee, at Kolkata.

Reddy’s meeting with the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, was postponed as the both leaders were busy with their election campaigning.

To take the fight for a united state to the doorsteps of the people, Reddy would begin Samaikhya Sankaravam from November 28 to create awareness among the public on the division of the state, and expose the Delhi arrogance, said YSR Congress leaders Amarnath Reddy, Praveen Kumar and others.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday, they said, Reddy’s yatra becomes imminent to expose the duality of the Chief Minister, N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, and the TD chief, N. Chandrababu Naidu, who have been serving the interests of Congress High Command at the cost of the Telugu people.

The Samaikya Sankharavam will concurrently run with the unfinished Odarpu Yatra as 21 families are yet to be consoled as they have lost members after the death of YSR in Chittoor district.

The YSRCP leaders claimed that their party has only one stand in all the regions.
