Washington: Photo-sharing app Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel has said that 70 percent of its users are female, according to a new report.
Spiegel shared the usage breakdown along with a few other metrics, but did not share the size of its total user base, Mashable reports.
A Snapchat spokeperson said that its users send 400 million "snaps", which includes pictures and videos, each day.
Spiegel also said Snapchat is looking to expand its team, and aims to offer the service in new languages.
