Kuppam (Chittoor district): Telugu Desam president and Kuppam MLA N. Chandrababu Naidu, who is on a two-day tour to his native constituency, got into campaign mood on his arrival on Monday.
The TD chief, who has won five consecutive times on a trot from Kuppam constituency, has the habit of visiting the constituency at least six months before elections every term. This time too, Naidu seems to have applied the same principle to woo the voters of his constituency.
The TD chief addressed road shows at Siddavuru, Venkatapalle, Boenpalle and public meetings at Santhipuram and Ramakuppam mandal headquarters.
In his speeches, Naidu alleged that the Congress had entered into a secret pact with the YSR Congress to capture power a third consecutive time in the state.
