Ram admits he was nervous about playing Abhishek Bachchan's role
Ram Pothineni, who is essaying the character played by Abhishek Bachchan in 'Masala', the remake of 'Bol Bachchan', says that he was scared to take up the offer after watching the Hindi film because of Abhishek’s “gay” scenes.
“But later I was convinced and I accepted it. Many big stars are doing different characters and I realised and I could do justice to this character too,” says Ram.
The actor, who stars alongside Venkatesh in 'Masala', adds, “I have known him from childhood; so I rarely felt nervous on the sets.”
