Telangana: Nine recommendations of A K Antony panel
The Telangana Group of Ministers will hold a discussion on various demands of political parties on November 12. Prior to that, the A K Antony committee has given its recommendations. They include the following.

Admissions in educational institutions in Hyderabad should continue in the existing pattern for 10 years.
Law and order in Hyderabad and Cyberabad police commissionerates, land issues, urban development to be under Special Council to be governed by the Centre through the Governor.
Joint capital should cover Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits. The area of the GHMC, which was 625.52 sq. km, has increased to 922.66 sq. km after the merger of 35 villages. The population of Greater Hyderabad has also jumped from
