Beijing: A clumsy thief was floored by a brave teenage girl as she foiled his robbery attempt with her perfectly timed punch and karate kick when he tried to steal the contents of her handbag in a bus in China.
According to a report in the Mirror, a video footage that is assumed to be shot by a mobile phone, a pickpocket can be seen standing in a crowded bus in China. A girl (victim) can be seen standing at a distance from the pickpocket.
As the bus halts at a stop and the crowd gets down, the girl moves to another end of the bus. The thief is then seen sliding up to the girl and standing next to her. The girl, being distracted by her phone, does not notice the thief at first.
As the girl is busy with her mobile phone, the thief without wasting a second, opens her bag and swiftly slides his hand inside it.
As he tries to steal something from her bag, she catches him red-handed and starts screaming. As the crowd gathers near them, she holds his wrist tightly to prevent him from escaping.
The brave teenager then gives the robber a punch on his jaw. As the clumsy thief tries to save himself from the girl, she gives him another karate kick, right on his face.
Her kick throws the thief flying on a bus seat, leaving him in a wounded state with his legs flying in the air.
