Oh really?: Queen Elizabeth's online retort to the Obamas will get you ROFL

It all started with a video posted online by Barack and Michelle Obama challenging Britain and Prince Harry for upcoming Invictus games.

London: She’s done it again! After she charmed the world with her appearance in a James Bond spoof video for the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, the Queen has yet again amused millions online with her appearance in a new promotional spoof video for the Invictus games.

It all started with a video posted online by Barack and Michelle Obama challenging Britain and Prince Harry for the upcoming Invictus games, a Paralympic styled games for injured, wounded or sickly war veterans in a variety of events including wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, and indoor basketball.

Officials standing behind the first couple are seen making faces and gesturing a ‘mic drop’ sign mouthing the words ‘BOOM’.

Taken by surprise, Prince Harry was at a loss on how to respond to the video.

He said, “@FLOTUS @POTUS How on Earth am I going to top that?- H”

He added, “Wow @FLOTUS and @POTUS, some @weareinvictus fighting talk there! You can dish it out, but can you take it? – H”

But he soon got over the confusion, and then came the big ‘sassy’ bomb from the Queen.

The retort video posted on Kensington Palace’s Twitter page shows the Queen and Prince Harry discussing the Invictus games, when he receives a message from Michele Obama.

“Let’s have a look,” he says before watching the video with the Queen, and at the end of the video, the grinning monarch is seen saying “Oh really? Please.”

The video was posted with the caption “Unfortunately for you @FLOTUS and @POTUS I wasn't alone when you sent me that video – H”

Earlier, the Queen starred in a spoof video for the opening ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics with Danielle Craig playing James Bond. The video, where she is shown jumping off a plane to reach the venue for official proceedings, had become instantly popular, indicating a lighter side of the monarch.
